Peto Classic Train Ride

Sent to us from Bob and Jan Peto, via email, September 27, 2014
As you know, this is the time of the year when the Aspens turn yellow and orange in the Colorado mountains. The peak time for viewing is right now thru next week.
Jan and I travelled with another couple (this past Thursday-Friday) taking the historic Cumbres & Toltec narrow gauge train (65 miles/6 hours) from Chama, New Mexico to Antonito (south of Alamosa), Colorado.
We knew the colors were going to be good, but let us tell you, they were fantastic!! During the trip, we discovered that the train was being filmed by a small drone for marketing purposes. Paparazzi??? Bob & Jan
